Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you need a Marley Engineered product that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need.

Do you drop ship?

Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Burnaby, BC. If you place a large volume order or have a special request we may drop ship.

Can I pick up the order myself?

Yes, but you must place an order and contact us prior to coming in.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order if you would like to make a change. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to make the necessary changes. If the product has been shipped then you will have to wait to receive the product and then follow our Returns Policy.

Can I place an order outside of your office hours?

Yes. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day when they are placed online.

Do you have a store in my area?

No. We only have a warehouse in Burnaby, BC.
